1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Manna, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Manna helps you donate the “round-up” of everyday purchases to nonprofits and religious organizations. We are a technology platform — we are not a bank, broker-dealer, investment advisor, or charity.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. resident with a valid U.S. bank account to use the service.
4. Donations
All donations are voluntary and final. Tax-deductibility depends on the recipient organization's status with the IRS. We provide donation records; you are responsible for your own tax reporting.
5. Subscriptions
Recurring Giving Plans renew monthly until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Settings; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or use Manna for unlawful purposes.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties and limit our liability.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
